Fishing pond is intended for children ages 12-years and younger ONLY. c) No swimming, wading, ice skating, or sledding is permitted in/on the fishing pond. d) No watercraft, inner tubes, or other floating devices are permitted in/on the fishing pond. d) All personal trash must be picked-up and properly discarded. e) Appropriate social behavior is required. Loud and/or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. f) Dogs are not permitted in the fishing pond at any time.

| A couple of items of note: (1) The fishing pond is spring fed and has a natural tendency of drying-up towards the end of the summer season. Unfortunate as this may be, it is a condition over which the development has no control. (2) Year after year, wild ducks and geese frequent the pond for a swim, a drink, and a bit of grub (kind of like we do!). Female geese have a natural tendency to be a bit overprotective of their young and can become aggressive when approached. Please instruct/supervise children accordingly. While you are most welcome to feed the ducks and geese, (bread only) throwing rocks and other items at them, or otherwise provoking them will not be tolerated, and can bring your stay within the development to an abrupt end! | |||

| Swimming Pool | |||

General:
The 80,000 gallon swimming pool is maintained at an average
temperature of 79 to 82 degrees F.
It is 3’ deep on both ends, and graduates to 5’ deep in the
center

| Rules:
a) Seasonal opening: Memorial Day Holiday weekend (weather permitting – at the discretion of the development manager) b) Seasonal closure: Labor Day Holiday weekend (at the discretion of the development manager). c) Hours of operation: 9:00am until dusk for your convenience and enjoyment. d) Children 14-years and younger must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. e) Children in diapers are not permitted in the swimming pool at any time. f) There is no lifeguard on duty. Therefore, (for safety reasons) no one is permitted to use the swimming pool alone. g) No food, beverages, glassware, smoking, or chewing gum is permitted within the confines of the perimeter fence that surrounds the swimming pool. h) Animals (except registered seeing-eye dogs) are not permitted within the confines of the perimeter fence that surrounds the swimming pool area at any time. i) Proper swimwear must be worn at all times (no cutoff shorts). j) No air mattresses, inner tubes or toys are permitted in the swimming pool at any time. k) No diving is permitted in the swimming pool at any time. l) A cleansing shower must be taken prior to entering the swimming pool. m) Persons with open sores and/or communicable diseases should not use the swimming pool at any time. n) No rough play (horseplay) is permitted in or around the swimming pool area at any time. o) Pool furniture is not permitted in the swimming pool at any time. p) No skateboards, roller skates, rollerblades, bicycles, or scooters are permitted within the confines of the perimeter fence that surrounds the swimming pool. q) All personal trash must be picked-up and properly discarded. r) Appropriate social behavior is required. Loud and/or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. s) Climbing of the perimeter chain-link fence that surrounds the swimming pool is not permitted at any time. |

| Tennis Courts | |||

fence that surrounds the tennis court area.
For safety reasons, the tennis court is closed during the winter
months.

The sign-up roster is located at the tennis court. c) Addresses may not appear more than once at any given time on the waiting list and court combined. d) No deuce point in game play. First side to four (4) points wins the game. e) One set of ½-hour per group. f) Doubles only. g) Remove your name / address from waiting list upon completion of set. h) No skateboards, roller skates, rollerblades, bicycles, or scooters are permitted within the confines of the perimeter fence that surrounds the tennis court. i) All personal trash must be picked-up and properly discarded. j) Appropriate social behavior is required. Loud and/or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. k) No climbing on the perimeter fence that surrounds the tennis court area. |
