Silver Lake Chateau #83 - Spectacular Family Dream Home Overlooking Silver Lake! 
One of a kind. Pure Luxury. This bespoke 2-bedroom 2-bath high bank family vacation home has it all! Architecturally designed, every room offers magnificent views of Silver Lake. The 1st floor features a living room with a gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen including a dishwasher, and a spacious dining area that are all open to each other. The 1st floor also features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and one full bath. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals the master bedroom that features 1-queen sized bed and offers a great soaker tub (yes...in the bedroom!) with a spectacular view of Silver Lake. A 3/4 bath is included as well. Outside, there is a full length deck with a gas fire ring, a private hot tub, and a propane BBQ...all overlooking the lake! Without a doubt, this is one of the most relaxing getaways that you will ever experience! Now with WIFI!! This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The chateau now has landscaped stairs leading down the embankment to an attached dock and swim ladder!

This vacation home received the 2014 Best Residential Wood Design Award...presented annually by the Canadian Wood Council. Congratulations to owners Dave and Dana!!

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

** This rural vacation home is located on an unimproved road not maintained by the county.  While impassibility is infrequent, Winter Guests are strongly advised to prepare using 4-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicles accordingly.  No guarantees are expressed nor implied regarding road conditions, and refunds are not provided for circumstances beyond our control. **

** Wi-Fi service is available at the cabin and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use.  Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure.  Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the satellite system fails to function correctly.

** This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. Guests who ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions and are well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
