DEAR GUESTS, PLEASE BE ADVISED OF THE FOLLOWING...
Snowline Inn is a private, secured residential/recreational
condominium complex, governed by Rules and Regulations adopted and
strictly enforced by the Snowline Inn Homeowner's Association. The
Association requires that all Guests* of Mt. Baker Lodging, Inc.,
and their respective invitees continually adhere to the following,
as a condition to their continued stay.
All Guests* and their respective invitees are required to register
their motor vehicles with Mt. Baker Lodging, Inc., including the
make(s), model(s), license number(s), and state(s)/province(s) of
origin. This procedure can be accomplished by phone, fax, or
e-mail in advance of the Guests'*/invitees stay, or at the time of
check-in at the Mt. Baker Lodging, Inc., office or, in the case of
late arrivals, immediately upon arrival at their designated
Vacation Condo(s). Whatever the procedure, ALL MOTOR VEHICLES MUST
BE REGISTERED regardless of whether or not they are intending to
stay overnight. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Due to the overall size and designated occupancy limits of the
Vacation Condos and the compact nature of the designated parking
area, the parking of motor vehicles is restricted to not more than
two (2) vehicles at any one time. Failure to comply with this Rule
can result in immediate tow-away and impound by the Snowline Inn
Homeowner's Association at the full and complete expense of the
vehicle's registered owner(s) WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING!

The Guest(s)* and/or their designated invitee(s) shall be
provided with one vacation condo access key. Should the key become
lost, damaged, or stolen, the Guest(s)* shall be required to pay
Mt. Baker Lodging, Inc., a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Replacement
Surcharge.

Guests*/invitees are required to park all motor vehicles in
designated parking areas only. No parking is permitted in the
general entry areas and/or in such a manner so as to restrict
access to other guests or emergency vehicles. Failure to abide by
this Rule can result in immediate tow-away and impound by the
Snowline Inn Homeowner's Association at the full and complete
expense of the vehicle's registered owner(s) WITHOUT PRIOR
WARNING!

Each Vacation Condo has a designated locker for storage of skis,
poles, snowboards, and other bulky items. The lockers are numbered
to coincide with the “Snowline Inn” Vacation Condo numbers,
and are located in the basement level of the Snowline Inn
building. We encourage our Guests*/invitees to utilize the storage
lockers, so as to avoid damage to the Vacation Condos. Please bear
in mind that any and all damages sustained to the Vacation Condos
will be immediately charged to the Guest(s)* credit card(s).
Please be sure to use the proper locker(s), as items found in
improper lockers are subject to removal/disposal by the Snowline
Inn Homeowner's Association!
5.
The Snowline Inn Homeowner's Association strictly enforces an
10:00 PM
noise abatement ordinance. Complaints received
by the Snowline Inn on-site manager regarding loud noise
disturbances shall result in immediate law enforcement
intervention. Repeated violations shall result in eviction from
the premises, with the complete forfeiture of any and all monies
paid.

For fire safety, no barbeques and/or open fires of any kind are
permitted on any decks, balconies, or patio areas. Guests'
*/invitees' failure to abide by this Rule shall result in
immediate eviction from the premises, with the complete forfeiture
of any and all monies paid.

No Pets Are Permitted

IMPORTANT...ALL GUESTS* PLEASE NOTE:
AS THE SNOWLINE INN HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION REQUIRES MT. BAKER
LODGING, INC., TO IMMEDIATELY PAY ANY AND ALL FINES, DAMAGE
ASSESSMENTS, AND/OR OTHER CHARGES LEVIED AGAINST ITS GUESTS* AND
THEIR INVITEES, SO TOO DOES MT. BAKER LODGING, INC., IMMEDIATELY
CHARGE (DEBIT) ITS GUEST'S* CREDIT CARD(S) FOR ANY AND ALL
ASSOCIATED CHARGES. THIS IS NON-APPEALABLE, AND THERE ARE NO
EXCEPTIONS! AS SUCH, MT. BAKER LODGING, INC., STRONGLY URGES IT'S
GUESTS* TO FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES, ALL OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS, AND
ALL INVITEES WITH THIS SET OF RULES AND REGULATIONS.
*THE TERM "GUEST', "GUESTS", "GUEST'S",
"GUESTS"' AND "GUEST(S)" ALL SPECIFICALLY
REFER THE CARDHOLDER(S) WHOSE CREDIT CARD(S) WAS/WERE UTILIZED FOR
PURPOSES OF SECURING THE RESERVATION(S) FOR (A) VACATION CONDO(S)
FROM MT. BAKER LODGING, INC., REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT THEY
WAS/WERE ACTUALLY PRESENT AT SUCH TIME(S) AS THE VIOLATION(S)
OCCURRED. AS SUCH, THE GUEST(S) IS /ARE INDIVIDUALLY AND SEVERALLY
LIABLE AND OTHERWISE DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF ANY
AND ALL MEMBERS OF THEIR PARTY INCLUDING, BUT NOT EXPRESSLY
LIMITED TO ANY AND ALL FAMILY MEMBERS AND ANY AND ALL INVITEES.
ALL FINES, DAMAGE ASSESSMENTS, AND/OR OTHER RELATED CHARGES ARE
CONSIDERED TO BE AT THE FULL AND COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY AND
EXPENSE OF THE GUEST(S), AS DEFINED ABOVE.
