SNOWLINE COMMUNITY RULES AND REGULATIONS

DEAR GUESTS*, PLEASE BE ADVISED OF THE FOLLOWING…

Snowline is a secured residential resort community, governed by Rules and  Regulations adopted and enforced by the Snowline Homeowner’s Association.  The Association requires that all Guests* of Mt. Baker Lodging, Inc., and their respective invitees adhere to the following, as a condition to their continued  stay:

All Guests* and their respective invitees are required to register their motor vehicles with     Mt. Baker Lodging, Inc., including the make(s), model(s), license number(s), and state(s)/province(s) of origin.  This procedure can be accomplished by phone, fax, or e-mail, in advance of the Guests‘* stay, or at the time of check-in at the Mt. Baker Lodging, Inc., office or, in the case of late arrivals, either from the payphone adjacent to the community common area parking facility located just inside of the community gate entrance, or immediately upon arrival at the designated Vacation Home(s). Whatever the procedure, ALL MOTOR VEHICLES MUST BE REGISTERED regardless of whether or not they are staying overnight. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

1)             The Guest(s)* and /or their designated invitee(s) will be provided with (a) community gate access card(s).  Should the card(s) become damaged, lost, or stolen,  the Guest(s)* shall be required to pay Mt. Baker Lodging, Inc., a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Replacement Surcharge.

2)             Only one (1) motor vehicle is permitted to enter through the Snowline community gate entrance, per gate opening sequence. If Guests* and/or invitee(s) has/have more than one (1) motor vehicle waiting to enter the community through the gate, the second (2nd) and all subsequent motor vehicles must wait-in-turn for the gate arm assembly to go completely down, then use the gate access card (or contact their Vacation Home from the speakerphone) to gain access into the community.  This procedure must be followed each time a motor vehicle approaches the gate entrance, to gain access into the Snowline community.  The Snowline community entrance area is monitored using 24-hour surveillance cameras.  All gate activity is continuously  recorded, including all vehicle license numbers.  In addition, the community is under 24-hour  roving  security patrol.  Double gate entries, forced entries, and gate arm tampering to gain access into the community shall result in an immediate assessment by the Snowline Homeowner’s Association to Mt. Baker Lodging,   Inc., in the amount of  $310.00 per occurrence!

3)             The posted speed limit on all roadways located within the Snowline community is 15 miles-per-hour.  Guests* and/or  their respective invitees that are observed driving in excess of the posted speed limit will be noted, and the Snowline Homeowner’s Association will immediately assess Mt. Baker Lodging, Inc., for all associated costs!

4)             The parking of motor vehicles is specifically restricted to driveways and common area parking facilities that are clearly designated for such purposes.  No parking is permitted at any time on any roadways or other adjacent areas, including the road shoulders and easements.  The Snowline Homeowner’s Association will immediately assess Mt. Baker Lodging, Inc., for any and all Guest(s)*/invitees motor vehicles that are observed parked into, onto, or adjacent to the community   roadways.  In addition, any and all such motor vehicles shall be subject to immediate tow-away and impound by the Snowline Homeowner’s Association, all at the full and a complete expense of the vehicle’s registered owner(s) WITHOUT   PRIOR WARNING!  A word of advice:  If it doesn’t fit COMPLETELY in the Vacation Home driveway, park it at the common area parking facility!

5)             The Snowline Homeowner’s Association strictly enforces a 10:00PM noise abatement ordinance.  Complaints received by the resident community manager regarding loud noise disturbances shall result in immediate law enforcement intervention. In addition, the Snowline Homeowner’s Association shall immediately assess Mt. Baker Lodging, Inc., for each offence.
