The vast majority of Mt. Baker Lodging private vacation properties are located in planned resort-residential and resort-recreational developments. These developments are managed by private homeowner’s associations, not by Mt. Baker Lodging. It is important to understand that the individual homeowner’s associations employ rules and regulations (specific to their developments) that are designed to provide for peaceful common enjoyment for all resident and non-resident property owners as well as guests of the development.
As a condition to providing services to our Clients, (the individual property owners) Mt. Baker Lodging is required to provide a complete set of the individual development’s rules and regulations, as they pertain to our Guests. In addition, Mt. Baker Lodging is required to immediately pay any and all fines levied against its Guests, (due to rule infractions) as a continued condition to performing services within the developments. Therefore, Mt. Baker Lodging immediately charges its Guest’s credit card(s) for all associated costs, plus a Ten Dollar ($10.00) administrative processing fee, without prior warning. Guests agree to this responsibility via their endorsement of the Guest Rental Agreement (a prerequisite to the dispensing of keys/gate passes). This is non-appealable, and there are no exceptions.

Glacier Springs is a secluded and forested community of cabins and houses located less than 25 miles from the Mt. Baker ski resort. There are great views of Mt. Baker in this area, only a short walk from any of the cabins.
Maple Falls is a small residential community in the foothills of Mt. Baker. There are two small grocery stores, a gas station, two restaurants, a library, a bakery, and a post office.
The vacation properties on the Mt. Baker Highway are stand-alone properties - not a part of a group of homes. Frequently, they are on acreage. You'll be close to all the recreational activities our region has to offer!
Mt. Baker Rim is a privately-owned gated community located just past the town of Glacier,
WA. It is across the road from Snowline, close to the entrance of the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie
National Forest. It's a short drive to the Mt. Baker Ski area and hiking, too!
Silver Lake properties are near Maple Falls, yet closer to Silver Lake Park. There a beautiful 180 acre lake that's suitable for fishing, swimming, and boating. The park offers many walking trails and opportunities for being in nature.
The Snowater Condos are a privately-owned, gated community, located just past the town
of Glacier, WA. Snowater is is next to the entrance of the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National
Forest. The Mt. Baker Ski Area is located inside the national forest - just a short drive away!
